Cyan's Integrated Development Environment, CyanIDE™, supports the company's range of current and future microcontrollers, allowing engineers to develop, configure, build, and test microcontroller applications all from a single PC based environment, It is even possible to Debug Code within the same non-intrusive real-time debug environment. An integrated HTML viewer provides a uniform environment for editing C-source code and viewing help files on device data, compiler and tools.
The Configuration Tool assigns device pin-out selection for the most efficient use of on-chip peripherals. Simple to use, the tool intelligently generates the required code to setup peripherals and communications options. The choices are made by simple point-and-click actions and then the code is generated automatically. A graphical representation of the device allows engineers to see the configuration of the internal peripherals as they are used. The system provides help with each peripheral as it is configured.
